Senior Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical contact with owners, engineers, contractors, certified applicators, and internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of projects.

• Assess the technical feasibility, compliance with plan approvals, and constructability of Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) applications.

• Work in collaboration with Engineers of Record, Business Development Managers, and Certified Applicators to establish project requirements and ensure alignment of technical and commercial goals.

• Foster and champion a culture centered on quality, customer service, and ongoing improvement.

• Conduct site visits to assist with project execution and coordinate efforts with sales and engineering teams.

• Represent the organization in industry technical committees and support efforts aimed at enhancing industry standards and business objectives.

• Prepare, review, and finalize engineering deliverables such as design calculations, shop drawings, specifications, and general notes.

• Coordinate design and drafting tasks with an offshore consulting team.

• Prepare and review engineering documentation related to bids, including specifications, general notes, material estimates, and RFIs.

• Contribute to innovation and industry progress through research and development initiatives, participation in technical committees, and the creation of technical publications, data sheets, abstracts, and marketing materials.
