Senior Project Delivery Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee high-visibility, complex projects to ensure the effective implementation of Airalo’s strategic objectives.

• Facilitate internal deliverables and coordinate external collaborations to achieve timely and successful project outcomes.

• Act as Airalo’s project management liaison to mobile networks, vendors, and service partners on a global scale.

• Supervise vendors and suppliers to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality service delivery.

• Develop and sustain professional communication channels both internally and externally.

• Implement best practices and standards to enhance the project governance framework.

• Establish and evaluate project performance metrics.

• Monitor, drive, and communicate project status effectively.

• Create comprehensive project timelines that include vendors, deliverables, milestones, and critical paths.

• Assess risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and take proactive measures.

• Make decisions related to resource allocation and project prioritization.

• Ensure that quality assurance practices are adhered to in collaboration with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams.

• Manage and ensure compliance with regulations for projects aimed at new markets.

• Coordinate Legal and Product Management initiatives as necessary.

• Organize technical efforts for incorporating new networks into the existing Airalo platform.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for any project-related issues.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience within the mobile telecommunications sector.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in deploying and integrating enterprise software projects.

• Strong grasp of eSIM technology and its applications.

• Familiarity with mobile roaming scenarios, including passive/active roaming, international calling, and sponsored roaming.

• Proficient knowledge and experience with Project Management Methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.

• Exceptional project planning and execution capabilities, encompassing scope, time, budget, resource management, dependencies, critical path, risk management, and status reporting.

• Strong problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent proficiency in business English, both written and verbal.

• Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM are advantageous.

• A basic understanding of telecommunications network technologies such as Mobile Core and OSS/BSS is a plus.

• International work experience is highly desirable.
