Senior Project Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture reliable, long-term relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and partner teams.

• Comprehend technical architectures, facilitate discussions on technical matters, and guide decision-making for optimal solution design.

• Ensure that project requirements, deliverables, and documentation adhere to NVIDIA's quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.

• Develop, present, and advocate for technical solutions and deployment strategies to both executive and technical audiences.

• Lead regular synchronization meetings, governance discussions, and status updates with global internal teams, customers, and third-party partners.

• Oversee the delivery of intricate on-site or remote data center installations, escalate issues, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve them.

• Manage project change requests, release communications, and notifications to customers.

• Produce technical and operational runbooks, procedures, and documentation following implementation.

• Direct the entire project lifecycle from strategic alignment and solution design through to deployment, stabilization, and handover to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in project delivery management or leadership in customer service delivery.

• More than 5 years of experience in field service, customer implementation, or post-sales support for enterprise hardware and software platforms.

• Profound working knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, cabling, power, cooling, and physical deployment workflows.

• Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions and the ability to engage directly with C-level and technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated leadership experience across cross-functional, global, and diverse teams.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English conversation and writing.

• Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision.

• Experience in leading global projects that span regions and time zones.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.

• Practical experience with HPC clusters, InfiniBand, GPU infrastructure, or hyperscale data center technologies.

• Experience in deploying AI infrastructure, providing professional services, or delivering tech vendor post-sales support.
