Senior Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage one or more medium-sized project management teams by supervising smaller components of a larger technological initiative.

• Directly contribute to various projects.

• Assist in staffing and supervise assigned personnel by offering guidance and setting deadlines.

• Collaborate with clients, company leadership, and project team leaders.

• Assess and communicate project metrics.

• Suggest program modifications as necessary.

• Develop objectives, timelines, program definitions, and budgets.

• Identify and address risks through status reports and project updates.

• Prepare comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) for clients.

• Secure stakeholder agreement and approval on project scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through the complete project management life cycle.

• At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid and Medicare preferred.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Previous experience in managing project trackers and reports.

• Knowledge of budget development, control, and assurance methods.

• Familiarity with project management software.

• Ability to translate broader program goals into clear and attainable project milestones.

• Leadership skills to train, guide, and mentor junior team members.

• Excellent executive presentation abilities.

• Ability to communicate ideas clearly.
