Senior Project Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and implementation of various aspects of clinical trials in collaboration with the Project Lead

• Ensure that projects comply with established timelines and are completed within budgetary constraints

• Act as a subject matter expert for relevant project management tools and systems

• Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors to facilitate effective project execution

• Prepare and distribute financial reports specific to the study and contribute to its financial well-being

• Perform continuous analysis of project performance to support both short-term and long-term objectives

• Document project scope and objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

• Lead communication among project team members regarding the status and changes of the project

• Document and escalate any project risks and issues while ensuring timely resolutions

• Maintain project management tools, systems, and methodologies

• Drive quality assurance initiatives, including audit preparation and internal reviews, and ensure actionable issues are resolved

• Supervise tasks and activities by mentoring and coordinating with junior team members

• Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be taken into consideration

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

• Proficiency or expertise with project management tools and systems

• Familiarity with financial processes and systems

• Ability to coordinate both internal resources and third-party vendors

• Skills in conducting project performance analysis

• Competence in documenting and escalating project risks and issues

• Experience in carrying out quality assurance activities and preparing audit documentation

• Capacity to mentor and coordinate junior team members
