This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Lead the operational rhythm of the Brand Design team from the initial request to final delivery.

• Evaluate new requests in Asana alongside Marketing stakeholders to ensure thorough creative briefs.

• Prioritize team tasks and minimize back-and-forth communication for designers.

• Develop, sustain, and enhance processes from request initiation to delivery.

• Collaborate with Marketing Program Management on significant annual marketing projects.

• Establish start dates and deliverable milestones with clear justification.

• Monitor team capacity against demand and identify trade-offs early.

• Organize project files and deliverables for quick access.

• Create qualitative and quantitative reports on team performance and impact.

• Report to the Director of Marketing Creative and work closely with designers and motion designers.

• Proven experience managing project delivery within an in-house creative, design, or marketing team.

• Experience taking ownership of intake processes and establishing standards for comprehensive creative briefs.

• Proficiency in a work management tool, with specified experience in Asana.

• Experience in planning across multiple teams and setting project milestones.

• Ability to translate scattered feedback into actionable next steps.

• Nice to have: experience in reporting on creative work outcomes using data.

• Nice to have: familiarity with brand or motion design workflows.

• Nice to have: background in B2B software or industrial marketing.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
