📋 Description

• Take comprehensive ownership of OMX's most critical strategic initiatives.

• Create execution plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee intricate initiatives from strategy to delivery.

• Anticipate potential risks, adapt to shifting business priorities, and uphold program governance along with operational rigor.

• Develop data-driven narratives and executive communications to foster alignment and facilitate decision-making.

• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance accountability and address operational challenges.

• Spot inefficiencies and explore opportunities to utilize AI, automation, and scalable operating practices.

• Implement scalable operating mechanisms and enhance program governance.

• Assist teams in executing tasks with improved speed, clarity, and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, Member Experience, or a related area.

• Exceptional program management abilities with a knack for designing simple, scalable solutions for intricate business challenges.

• Capability to lead initiatives from the strategic phase through to execution.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience in crafting executive-level communications and presenting to senior leadership.

• Track record of successfully leading highly cross-functional initiatives and influencing results without direct authority.

• Ownership mentality with a strong ability to independently identify issues, proactively manage risks, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.

• Experience in recognizing and implementing AI, automation, and scalable process enhancements.
