This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the daily operations of the program
• Ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements
• Develop and enforce business rules specific to clients
• Maintain daily communication with the team to foster engagement and alignment with program objectives
• Recruit, nurture, and train team members
• Guarantee staffing levels are adequate for daily program requirements
• Ensure that direct reports receive the necessary training for their roles
• Collaborate with Human Resources to establish a candidate pipeline
• Provide coaching and development opportunities for direct reports
• Report Adverse Events and Product Complaint inquiries in accordance with SOPs and good manufacturing practices
• Propel team success by embodying Valeris’ values
• Ensure timely completion of corporate policy and procedure training
• Maintain consistent adherence to SOPs
• Undertake additional assigned tasks or projects
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is highly preferred; relevant patient services experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Prior experience in personnel/team management
• Familiarity with the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, product commercialization, and collaboration with manufacturers is advantageous
• Previous experience in leading customer service teams is preferred
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to engage and inspire teams

• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy is preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed is preferred
• Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen
