Senior Program Strategy and Operations Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with the Asset Entrepreneur, anticipating key program milestones and modeling backup and expansion strategies.

• Assist in deciding when to accelerate, pivot, or halt development plan activities based on data and risk assessments.

• Oversee program execution in its entirety, acting as the COO for a single-asset biotech.

• Identify challenges, coordinate across various functions, engage CRO partners, and create alignment dashboards.

• Transform scientific, clinical, regulatory, and operational inputs into analytical insights and options for the Board and C-suite.

• Prepare data-driven presentations and memos.

• Maintain documentation, dashboards, trackers, and updates to ensure asynchronous alignment.

• Record benchmarks, best practices, and lessons learned for Enveda’s institutional playbook.

• Support the long-term development of assets from IND-enabling studies to commercial strategy.

• Manage cross-functional operations with experts in clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, and commercial sectors.

• Select and oversee external vendors, advisors, and strategic partners.

• Engage with investors and participate in business development processes.

• Aid in crafting scientific narratives for innovative molecules.

• Contribute to the development of the company and the creation of its culture.

• Proven experience in biotech or pharma program management, portfolio or asset strategy, management consulting, or operations.

• Proficient in AI and capable of leveraging it as a workflow enhancer.

• Ability to synthesize interdisciplinary information into clear, data-supported presentations and memos.

• Willingness to engage hands-on regardless of job title.

• Capacity to excel in ambiguous situations and navigate between strategic vision and tactical execution.

• Possess emotional intelligence, humility, and integrity.

• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and analytical rigor.
