Operations Manager – Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, focusing on photography, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Utilize dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.

• Manage guest relations and reservations efficiently.

• Address messages, facilitate check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Respond to inquiries from property owners via the ALB platform and oversee operations in real time.

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions based on their performance.
