Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, publish, and refine property listings, including images, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.

• Manage bookings and maintain positive guest relations.

• Address guest inquiries, facilitate check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing property management.

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions based on their business activities.
