Senior Program Officer, MAP USA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assists in the planning, coordination, and implementation of MAP USA’s domestic health initiatives.

• Oversees and nurtures a portfolio of grant-funded clinics and community health collaborators.

• Identifies, recruits, and supports new partners through MAP USA’s service-fee structure.

• Aids in the development of proposals, budget management, and cross-departmental collaboration to enhance access to essential medicines.

• Fuels revenue growth by retaining and expanding strategic partnerships, actively prospecting, and developing a robust pipeline.

• Maintains strong relationships with clinics by providing prompt assistance for ordering inquiries and management issues.

• Conducts structured quarterly evaluations to measure partner satisfaction and collect qualitative impact data.

• Monitors and assesses partner adherence to MAP USA program requirements and product usage guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in program management, high-touch customer service, solutions-oriented sales, and/or account management.

• Demonstrated success in achieving financial targets, fostering deep customer loyalty, and launching innovative programs from the ground up.

• Proven experience in developing and sustaining effective partner relationships through responsive service, thorough documentation of needs, and commitment to partner satisfaction and engagement.

• Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment, minimal oversight, manage competing demands, and follow through on assigned tasks.

• Capability to meet deadlines in a high-energy environment.

• Excellent communication skills as demonstrated by clear and professional verbal and written communication, including presenting, negotiating, facilitating partner discussions, and advocating for MAP’s mission to diverse audiences.

• Proven ability to identify opportunities for partner growth and retention.

• Experience and success in achieving annual revenue targets and key performance objectives through consistent outreach, follow-up, and account management.

• Ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail.

• Exhibits strong time management skills by effectively organizing work to balance individual responsibilities with ongoing partner account management.

• Proficient in technology platforms such as inventory management systems, CRM systems, online partner interfaces, and possesses advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Deep personal alignment with MAP’s values and a commitment to upholding the organization’s integrity.

• Displays a growth-oriented mindset.
