Senior Program Manager, Superintelligence Lab

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and prioritize projects based on their alignment with the long-term strategic goals of the organization.

• Establish and uphold portfolio governance standards, including phase-gate reviews and risk assessments.

• Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of program deliverables, integrating change management at every stage.

• Proactively identify potential obstacles and stakeholder requirements; escalate critical issues as necessary.

• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams and partners on intricate program decisions.

• Clearly communicate program status and portfolio health to working teams and senior leadership.

• Equip leadership with dashboards and portfolio health metrics that offer real-time insights into progress and risks.

• Implement the appropriate project management methodologies suited for the task at hand.

• Recognize and act on opportunities for process improvements.

• Foster cross-team collaboration by breaking down silos.

• Gain a thorough understanding of ongoing Superintelligence Lab initiatives and evaluate governance and risk practices.

• Facilitate strategic prioritization alignment across leadership and implement enhanced portfolio governance processes.

• Launch executive dashboards to provide real-time insights into program health and associated risks.

• Manage the execution of the strategic roadmap and establish proactive change management rhythms.

• Remove cross-functional silos to achieve measurable portfolio outcomes that align with organizational goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in program or project management, preferably within a technical or product-focused environment.

• Expertise in Jira, including board creation, query formulation, and ticket management.

• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of programs from initial scoping through to delivery.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders.

• Capability to make informed decisions with partial information and adapt swiftly to changing circumstances.

• Effective in collaborative, consensus-driven settings across global teams.

• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency in business outcomes.

• Familiarity with or exposure to the cybersecurity field.

• Experience collaborating with AI, machine learning, and data science teams to deliver complex technical solutions.

• Knowledge of project lifecycle and management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, Scrum, and Scaled Agile.

• Experience in managing large-scale business transformations.

• Jira administration experience is an advantage.
