Globalization Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and implementation of global market expansion initiatives following product launch in key and developing international markets.

• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to assess market entry possibilities by utilizing financial models, regional demand projections, and supply chain factors.

• Create and execute globalization strategies that align with business goals, regulatory standards, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.

• Act as a subject matter expert regarding global registration processes, international regulatory pathways, and market clearance criteria.

• Foster collaboration among Research & Development, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Marketing departments.

• Evaluate, prioritize, and manage portfolio opportunities through data-driven analysis.

• Recognize and reduce regulatory, operational, commercialization, and portfolio risks.

• Develop and oversee a global governance framework for submitting, assessing, prioritizing, and approving market-expansion applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in project management, program management, or engineering within a highly regulated environment.

• Proven experience in managing international product commercialization, regulatory registration, or market expansion initiatives.

• Experience in managing cross-border, multi-site project or program portfolios.

• Familiarity with supporting global regulatory submissions, registrations, or product clearances.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.

• Preference will be given to candidates located in the Central or Western U.S. time zones.
