Senior Program Manager, PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Establish the PMO function and create streamlined processes and governance for an agile SaaS delivery model.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business leaders to plan, monitor, and report on initiatives across UCaaS and CCaaS product lines.

• Develop and sustain dashboards, status reports, and program metrics to ensure leadership visibility.

• Facilitate alignment across teams and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies.

• Assist in quarterly and monthly planning cycles while aligning priorities and resource allocation.

• Promote consistency in program execution while minimizing unnecessary bureaucracy.

• Act as the primary contact for program and portfolio reporting.

• Expand the PMO function over time as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in program or project management.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a SaaS or cloud-based technology environment.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities at once.

• Knowledge of agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

• Experience in adapting governance to fit agile environments.

• Preferred experience managing programs in UCaaS, CCaaS, or related communications technology.

• Comfortable functioning as a solo PMO and creating structure from scratch.

• Proficient with program tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar.

• PMP certification is advantageous.

• A Master's degree is a plus.
