Senior Program Manager – MES & Enterprise Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Lead the engagement for Make Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within a comprehensive multi-year S4 HANA transformation initiative.

• Convert program and manufacturing objectives into a well-governed multi-year roadmap.

• Manage portfolio prioritization, lifecycle oversight, integration, delivery readiness, service performance, risk management, and ongoing enhancements across MES platforms and interconnected systems.

• Supervise end-to-end integrations among ERP systems, MES, and related enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors on integration specifications, implementation strategies, system connectivity, and readiness.

• Coordinate across applications, locations, releases, and infrastructure to ensure the continuity of manufacturing and reliable execution of business processes.

• Own and communicate the multi-year Make MES product and ecosystem roadmap.

• Direct MES and integration readiness throughout design, build, system integration testing, UAT, validation, cutover, production deployment, hypercare, and transition to steady-state support.

• Govern the infrastructure, connectivity, access, monitoring, test/master data, and environment readiness.

• Develop and oversee testing strategies, including integration validation and smoke testing.

• Ensure synchronization of data across systems.

• Maintain a comprehensive view of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, and regulatory impacts; escalate concerns and drive mitigation to resolution.

• Develop and maintain deployment and environment plans.

• Coordinate the resolution of integration challenges affecting operations, testing, or production.

• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures.

• Monitor integration performance and promote continuous improvements.

• Create and manage annual budgets, tracking expenditures, variances, risks, and optimization opportunities.

• Plan and coordinate resources for major releases, testing cycles, deployments, and post-go-live support.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing technology, enterprise applications, ERP ecosystems, MES products, or extensive systems integration.

• Proven accountability for teams, vendors, budgets, and complex transformation deliveries.

• Capability to lead intricate portfolios across global and local teams.

• Skill in influencing without direct authority, making trade-off decisions, resolving conflicts, and holding both internal and external partners accountable.

• Strong background with ERP platforms and enterprise application integrations.

• Experience with APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, and data exchange standards.

• Proven track record in leading large-scale software releases, testing initiatives, and deployment activities.

• Solid understanding of data management, governance, and cross-system data synchronization.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and executive stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with enterprise supply chain applications and processes.

• Experience in digital transformation or ERP modernization initiatives.

• Background in regulated environments, preferably in manufacturing, healthcare, or life sciences.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or similar enterprise solutions.

• Knowledge of SAP BTP, AWS, EDI, API management, and middleware platforms.

• Successful candidates must complete employment verification and background checks as part of the onboarding process.
