Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Imaging Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation program delivery, ensuring it aligns with customer objectives, contractual obligations, and business goals.

• Take responsibility for scope, timelines, budget, quality, and overall customer satisfaction.

• Act as the main leadership point of contact for a significant Canadian healthcare client.

• Foster trustworthy relationships with executive stakeholders, clinical leaders, IT teams, government bodies, and partner organizations.

• Create and manage program governance, including executive steering committees, risk management protocols, escalation frameworks, and cross-functional decision-making groups.

• Coordinate implementation teams across various disciplines.

• Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Solutions Architecture, Clinical Consulting, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure successful delivery and adoption of solutions.

• Enhance operational excellence through effective resource planning, capacity management, performance tracking, continuous improvement efforts, and team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or at least 6 years of experience with a Master's degree, in Program Management, Professional Services, Healthcare IT Implementations, Service Delivery, or a related area.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Imaging/PACS, VNA, RIS, EMR/EHR, cloud healthcare platforms, public-sector healthcare initiatives, or leadership in healthcare implementation delivery.

• Proficient in program governance, managing executive stakeholders, customer relationship management, financial planning and forecasting, resource allocation, risk and issue management, contract and scope oversight, change management, and leading cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related equivalent.

• Strong executive presence and capability to navigate complex customer landscapes.

• Proven experience in healthcare information technology implementations.

• Knowledge of enterprise healthcare settings, including radiology workflows, healthcare delivery networks, and integrated delivery networks.

• Authorization to work in Canada is mandatory.

• Must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, either currently or in the future.
