Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Imaging Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation program delivery, ensuring accountability for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Act as the main leadership liaison for a significant Canadian healthcare client.

• Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders, clinical leaders, IT teams, government entities, and partner organizations.

• Develop and manage program governance, executive steering committees, risk management processes, escalation frameworks, and cross-functional decision-making forums.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary implementation teams and collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Clinical Consulting, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.

• Promote operational excellence through resource planning, capacity management, performance monitoring, continuous improvement initiatives, and team development.

• Direct the delivery of a complex, enterprise-scale healthcare IT implementation program in Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years of experience with a Master's degree, in Program Management, Professional Services, Healthcare IT Implementations, Service Delivery, or a related field.

• Proficient in Enterprise Imaging/PACS, VNA, RIS, EMR/EHR, cloud healthcare platforms, public-sector healthcare programs, or healthcare implementation delivery leadership.

• Expertise in program governance, executive stakeholder management, customer relationship management, financial planning and forecasting, resource planning, risk and issue management, contract and scope management, change management, and cross-functional leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Proven leader with a strong executive presence, capable of navigating complex customer environments, fostering alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and leading large-scale implementation programs.

• Experience in healthcare information technology implementations and a solid understanding of enterprise healthcare environments, including radiology workflows, healthcare delivery networks, and integrated delivery networks.

• Canadian work authorization is a prerequisite for employment.
