This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for a Virtual First work stream, concentrating on tools, workflows, automations, AI enablement, and knowledge management.
• Design and oversee organizational research, pilots, and experiments to explore innovative working methods.
• Convert qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations, behavioral frameworks, and operational models.
• Manage a portfolio of simultaneous programs from scoping through research, validation, and enablement planning.
• Set objectives, success metrics, milestones, risks, and reporting structures.
• Facilitate cross-functional Steering Committees that include People, Technology, Communications, Operations, and other departments.
• Collaborate with People Analytics and measurement specialists to develop research methodologies and assess outcomes.
• Propel measurable enhancements in employee effectiveness, tool confidence, and the adoption of AI-enabled and technology-supported work practices.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, organizational effectiveness, workplace strategy, employee experience, innovation, research, or a related field.
• Proficiency in tools and technology enablement, including AI adoption, knowledge management, digital workflows, automation, and technology-driven work methods.
• Proven track record of independently managing complex, cross-functional programs from uncertainty to measurable results.
• Experience in designing and overseeing research, pilots, experiments, or other evidence-based innovation initiatives.
• Strong grasp of Virtual First, distributed, hybrid, or contemporary working practices.
• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively identify opportunities.
• Preferred: experience in a distributed or Virtual First organization.
• Preferred: background in organizational behavior, change management, behavioral science, workplace research, or human-centered design.
