Senior Program Manager, Direct Marketing – Non-Profit Fundraising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, budgeting, costs, creative direction, and overall development of direct response programs.

• Manage intricate direct mail fundraising campaigns from the initial concept and strategy through to production and final analytics.

• Coordinate the production processes directly with printers, mail shops, and USPS.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on a daily basis.

• Analyze response data and prepare final reports for campaigns.

• Create client reports and presentations.

• Drive impactful work, mentor team members, and contribute to the success of mission-driven organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in direct response fundraising.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with collaboration tools such as Monday.com and Teams is advantageous.

• Demonstrated capability to organize and effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Ability to work collaboratively in teams, both remotely and in person, with clients, partners, and colleagues.

• Excellent communication skills, including active listening, persuasion, and managing remote meetings.

• Capacity to build positive, inclusive relationships with team members.

• A strong sense of creativity and intellectual curiosity.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

• Comfortable working behind the scenes to drive donor support.

• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to align strategic objectives with both immediate concerns and detailed requirements.
