Senior Program Manager, Channel Strategy, Sales Enablement, Proposals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the RFP/RFI process from initiation to final submission.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and integrate proposal materials.

• Compose, edit, and enhance proposal responses to ensure they are clear, engaging, and accurate.

• Maintain project plans, timelines, review cycles, and readiness for submission across various opportunities.

• Work alongside internal stakeholders to ensure proposal content aligns with solution positioning, financial aspects, and approval processes.

• Guarantee that proposals adhere to compliance standards, client specifications, and branding/format guidelines.

• Develop and sustain sales materials and tools utilized in customer interactions and sales efforts.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of proposal, sourcing, and new business development procedures.

• Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in managing or responding to RFPs/RFIs.

• Strong skills in project management and organization, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and establish solid relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities.

• Knowledge of new product launches, brand and specialty pharmaceuticals, and distribution/customer support models.

• Focused on execution, with a proactive mindset and keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable learning quickly, asking questions, and navigating intricate processes.
