Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee due diligence and master/campus planning for designated data center portfolios.

• Direct program-level planning encompassing multiple structures and phases.

• Supervise engineering firms and general contractors throughout planning, design, mobilization, construction, punch list, and turnover processes.

• Provide insights on constructability related to electrical and mechanical designs.

• Advise clients on critical infrastructure systems and design trade-offs.

• Track construction progress and prepare executive updates covering metrics, schedules, constraints, risks, and issues.

• Facilitate utility engagement and drive infrastructure upgrades.

• Lead IMS coordination and implement schedule recovery strategies.

• Promote safety ownership and ensure compliance with company safety policies.

• Act as the primary client contact and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

• Foster alignment among internal and external leadership teams.

• Lead executive reporting and presentations.

• Manage portfolio budgets, costs, invoices, change orders, and cost forecasting.

• Contribute to enhancements in processes, safety, and efficiency.

• Integrate lessons learned and provide coaching/mentoring to direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data centers is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of Project Management experience is mandatory.

• Experience in data center development and/or construction is essential.

• Substation design experience is preferred.
