Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the due diligence and master/campus planning for designated data center portfolios.

• Spearhead program-level planning across various buildings and phases.

• Supervise engineering firms and general contractors throughout the phases of planning, design, mobilization, construction, punch list, and turnover.

• Offer constructability insights on electrical and mechanical designs.

• Advise clients on essential data center infrastructure strategies and design trade-offs.

• Track construction progress and prepare executive summaries regarding metrics, schedules, constraints, risks, and issues.

• Facilitate utility engagement and infrastructure enhancements.

• Lead IMS coordination and formulate schedule recovery strategies.

• Promote a culture of safety ownership and compliance with company safety policies.

• Act as the primary client liaison, fostering trust through consistent performance and transparency.

• Coordinate various disciplines for project integration and transition to operations.

• Ensure alignment among internal and external leadership teams.

• Direct executive-level reporting and presentations.

• Oversee portfolio budgets and manage cost control measures.

• Review and authorize vendor and client invoices, including those processed through Procore.

• Assess change orders and mitigate financial risks.

• Evaluate cost forecasting in collaboration with Project Controls.

• Contribute to enhancements in construction processes, safety, and efficiency.

• Integrate lessons learned into future projects.

• Mentor and coach direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data centers is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of Project Management experience is required.

• Experience in data center development and/or construction is essential.

• Substation design experience is preferred.
