Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Transform prioritized leads and customer requirements into actionable, funded project opportunities involving Government Development, Business Development, and Product.

• Collaborate directly with public-sector clients and operational users to grasp intricate operational challenges, user demands, and procurement processes.

• Organize and coordinate prototypes, demonstrators, MVPs, and pilot projects with distinct testing scenarios and decision milestones.

• Assume full responsibility for post-award program execution, overseeing scope, timeline, budget, technical implementation, dependencies, and risks.

• Foster and sustain relationships with users, decision-makers, procurement entities, and external technology or consortium partners.

• Capture customer feedback and operational insights, converting them into product decisions and reusable platform capabilities.

• Implement governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks to fulfill contractual commitments and meet customer expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of pertinent professional experience in program management, project management, innovation management, solution delivery, or technical business development.

• Established history of transforming early leads or customer needs into funded projects and executing complex, cross-functional customer programs.

• Proven experience in defense, security, government, or similarly regulated public-sector environments.

• Background in structuring pilot projects or prototypes with technical teams and operational users, particularly when requirements are not clearly defined from the outset.

• Entrepreneurial mindset demonstrating strong ownership, structured execution, and the ability to align strategic goals with operational delivery.

• Proficient in both German and English (C1+).

• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 30–40% within Germany and Europe).

• Authorized to work in Germany and open to undergoing a security clearance.
