Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Directly manage and execute all facets of the IDIQ contract.

• Supervise task orders, staffing, performance metrics, and client engagement.

• Act as the main liaison for government stakeholders concerning program status, performance outcomes, and deliverables.

• Ensure adherence to relevant DoD and USSOCOM policies, procedures, and standards.

• Offer leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.

• Monitor and manage budgets, timelines, and technical performance indicators.

• Create and present reports, briefings, and required contract documentation.

• Identify and address risks to contract performance and mission success.

• Provide support for business development and proposals related to both new and existing task orders.

• Recruit current personnel, conduct pricing analyses, respond to RFPs, perform teaming assessments, and execute capture responsibilities to secure new opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations as a military member, government civilian, or contractor.

• 5+ years of Program Management experience on a DoD contract; experience must not have concluded more than 12 months prior to the proposal submission.

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

• Master's degree in Program Management or a business-related field, OR a graduate of a U.S. Military War College that awards a Master's Certificate and 10 years of total Program Management experience, OR a bachelor's degree with an additional 5 years of experience (15 years total) in USSOCOM assigned organizations.

• Direct experience managing Special Operations Forces (SOF) contracts is preferred.

• Familiarity with USSOCOM headquarters and component commands, including JSOC, USASOC, NAVSPECWARCOM, AFSOC, MARSOC, and associated TSOCs is preferred.

• Must be located within 50 miles of Tampa, Florida.
