Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in defining the Product Operations roadmap, outlining the vision, priorities, and success metrics.

• Manage execution roadmaps for essential cross-functional initiatives from inception to launch.

• Promote alignment and communication among Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Assess, pilot, and implement AI-assisted tools for planning, coding, research, automation, and modern product development.

• Develop and continually enhance processes for intake, triage, roadmap management, sprint planning, documentation, and product operations.

• Analyze product usage data, clinical and operational metrics, and patient/customer feedback to generate actionable insights.

• Provide program health assessments and roadmap updates to executive leadership.

• Identify, evaluate, and address cross-team risks and dependencies.

• Act as a reliable Product partner and primary contact for Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and executive leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in program/project management, product operations, or a similar field within a dynamic software or digital health setting.

• Proven capability to work independently and develop a roadmap, process, or operating model from the ground up.

• Proficient with modern product development tools and a genuine passion for AI-driven workflows, including AI-assisted planning, coding, research tools, Linear, and Figma.

• Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to interpret product, engineering, and operational data.

• Excellent cross-functional communication and influence skills, with the ability to align stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executives without direct authority.

• Experience in digital health, healthcare operations, or another regulated/clinical setting is highly desirable.

• A bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field is preferred.

• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is an advantage.
