This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee all stages of client programs from initiation to completion.
• Control program costs, implementation, and overall performance.
• Engage in negotiations for contracts and contract modifications.
• Organize business plans, work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms of contracts.
• Ensure that development is in line with market trends, program objectives, and client requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and facilitate program review meetings.
• Identify opportunities to develop new business or broaden the product offerings for clients.
• Evaluate program challenges and opportunities while assessing potential solutions.
• Set milestones, track schedules, and secure resolutions for program challenges.
• Assess the profitability and feasibility of new products or enhancements to existing programs.
• Formulate strategies and tactics for successful program execution throughout its lifecycle.
• Supervise technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative staff involved in the program.
• Manage either a major program or a collection of smaller client contracts.
• Lead the creation of contracts and ensure adherence to compliance and client satisfaction.
• Direct and coordinate multifunctional teams ranging from 10 to 30 individuals.
• Oversee personnel management for 2 to 5 team members in addition to contractors.
• Spearhead improvements in processes and tools.
• Generate technical content and intellectual property as required.
• Must be a resident of Michigan.
• Relevant professional experience with a minimum of 8 years in project management.
• At least 5 years of experience in people management.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Must comply with applicable DOT qualification standards and transportation regulations.
• Must possess authorization to work in the country where the position is based, without employer sponsorship.
