This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead a designated workstream within the larger enterprise-wide transformation initiative.

• Manage daily planning, coordination, execution oversight, and delivery tracking for the workstream.

• Establish and actively oversee workstream objectives, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Foster accountability among team members and stakeholders to achieve agreed-upon outcomes.

• Create and maintain comprehensive workstream plans, timelines, milestones, and action logs.

• Coordinate activities among business, IT, functional teams, and external implementation partners.

• Track progress against the plan and proactively identify any risks, issues, and delivery gaps.

• Facilitate timely resolution of obstacles and escalate issues as needed.

• Identify, monitor, and manage workstream risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

• Collaborate with other workstream leads to address cross-functional implications and integration points.

• Escalate significant risks and decisions to the Program Lead with suggested actions.

• Prepare regular updates on workstream progress, milestones, risks, issues, and decisions.

• Assist program governance forums with prompt, accurate, and transparent reporting.

• Maintain documentation, decision logs, action items, and essential workstream artifacts.

• Build strong relationships with business, IT, and functional stakeholders.

• Collaborate with implementation teams and vendors to align scope, deliverables, and timelines.

• Facilitate discussions, drive consensus, and support stakeholder decision-making.

• Assist with readiness, process alignment, and adoption activities.

• Ensure operational readiness of the workstream for implementation.

• Emphasize the importance of business outcomes, user impact, and sustainable adoption.

• Drive disciplined execution, issue resolution, and follow-through.

• Ensure compliance with program governance, standards, templates, and reporting expectations.

• Support integrated planning and coordination with the broader transformation office and program leadership team.

• Oversee workstream budget management, including actuals, forecasts, accruals, and variance analysis.

• Partner with Finance and PMO to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecast updates.

• Implement repeatable financial management processes that align with program governance and financial best practices.

• Identify, communicate, and help mitigate budget risks, forecast changes, and cost impacts.

• Ensure financial controls and documentation are ready for audit.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, including leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• Proven experience leading a significant workstream within a large enterprise-wide transformation, ERP transformation, or similarly complex strategic program.

• Strong background in integrated planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.

• Experience working across business and technology teams in a matrixed environment.

• Extensive expertise in large-scale program budget management.

• Demonstrated capability to manage complexity, drive execution, and influence without direct authority.

• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

• Experience with large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs is preferred.

• Familiarity with working alongside system integrators and third-party implementation partners is preferred.

• Knowledge of change management, business readiness, and adoption planning is preferred.

• PMP, Agile, or related certifications are preferred.

• Experience in complex, highly regulated, or global environments is a plus.
