
Senior Program Manager, AI Ops – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the essential link between the Revenue organization and technical engineers within Enterprise Systems for AI-related builds and deployments.
• Convert business use cases into technical requirements and user stories.
• Synchronize timelines, project plans, and scope among technical and business teams.
• Develop and uphold AI usage processes and policies in collaboration with IT leaders.
• Collaborate with business and data teams to pinpoint, prepare, and uphold high-quality data sources.
• Manage the internal roadmap for AI agents, applications, and prompts.
• Steer agile development through intake, sizing, development, quality assurance, release, and continuous support.
• Work closely with Revenue Developers on agent, application, and prompt engineering.
• Assess ongoing agentic-use-case consumption costs based on usage, token consumption, and model selection.
• Develop business cases for AI investment priorities and roadmap prioritization.
• Organize GTM AI vendor evaluations, including vetting, trial criteria, procurement, information security, legal considerations, and internal tool comparisons.
• Deliver updates to executives and business leaders, translating technical concepts into business terms with an emphasis on impact.
• Formulate internal AI product strategy and development practices for solutions catering to over 2,000 sellers.
• Educate organization members on AI tools while measuring and enhancing adoption.
• A combination of business and technical expertise.
• Over 5 years of experience in product or program management.
• Minimum of 2 years working directly with engineering resources.
• At least 2 years of practical experience with GenAI fundamentals, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Capability to model LLM operating costs, including token burn, model selection, and usage forecasts.
• Experience in creating business cases to rationalize investments in internal tools.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies for AI, including backlog triage, sprints, rapid A/B testing, and post-release monitoring.
• Proven ability to guide cross-functional delivery across business, technical, and procurement teams.
• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
