Senior Program Manager, AI & Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the lead and assume responsibility for the success of complex data and AI initiatives.

• Act as the main liaison for client sponsors and partners.

• Collaborate with technical delivery leaders and execution teams to achieve measurable results for clients.

• Convert client strategies into actionable roadmaps and integrated delivery plans across teams in multiple locations.

• Oversee the scope of work involving all parties.

• Manage engagement financials, including budget, expenditure, profit margins, forecasting, and commercial risks.

• Mitigate risks and variances by utilizing delivery metrics such as burn rate, velocity, adoption, and value realization.

• Cultivate relationships with senior clients, partners, and technology stakeholders.

• Provide data-driven recommendations in situations of uncertainty, conflicting priorities, and trade-offs.

• Collaborate with ecosystem partners, including Snowflake and ISVs.

• Foster an inclusive delivery culture while mentoring PMs, Delivery Leads, and consultants.

• Enhance phData processes and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience working directly with executive stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver concise status updates and executive narratives.

• Extensive consulting experience in leading complex technology initiatives and overseeing delivery outcomes.

• Profound expertise in multi-workstream projects, ideally involving data platforms, analytics, cloud technologies, or AI/ML.

• Strong understanding of Agile and iterative delivery methodologies.

• Experience in managing budgets, profit margins, and commercial risks in service engagements.

• Ability to discuss trade-offs with both internal and client leadership.

• Familiarity with contemporary data stacks, such as Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP, modern BI, and ML platforms.

• Previous experience in leading remote teams across different geographical locations is highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (10 out of 20 business days) as required by client needs.
