Senior Program Manager, AI & Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take charge and be responsible for intricate data and AI initiatives.

• Act as the main liaison for client sponsors and partners.

• Collaborate with technical delivery leads and execution teams to ensure success and achieve measurable client results.

• Convert client strategies into roadmaps and comprehensive delivery plans across multi-regional teams.

• Oversee scope management across all involved stakeholders.

• Manage engagement financials, including budget oversight, expenditure tracking, profit margins, and forecasting.

• Address risks and variances by utilizing delivery metrics such as expenditure, velocity, adoption, and value realization.

• Provide status updates and handle change control as required.

• Establish trust-based relationships with senior clients, partners, and technology stakeholders.

• Navigate uncertainty, conflicting priorities, and trade-offs with data-driven recommendations.

• Collaborate with ecosystem partners like Snowflake and ISVs regarding roadmaps, funding, and delivery.

• Foster an inclusive delivery culture while mentoring PMs, Delivery Leads, and consultants.

• Enhance phData processes and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in client leadership at the executive level, involving direct engagement with executive stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including succinct status reporting and executive storytelling.

• Extensive consulting experience in leading complex technology programs and ensuring delivery outcomes.

• In-depth experience with multi-workstream initiatives, preferably related to data platforms, analytics, cloud, or AI/ML.

• Strong proficiency in Agile and iterative delivery methodologies.

• Experience in managing budget, margins, and commercial risks associated with service engagements.

• Knowledge of modern data stacks, including Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP, contemporary BI, and ML platforms.

• Prior experience leading remote teams across multiple geographies is highly preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
