This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing the AA Tech employee experience while supporting the organization's growth.

• Collaborate with leaders, HR, Communications, Talent Management, Risk & Compliance, and engineering teams to create and implement scalable programs focused on people, learning, and engagement.

• Utilize employee feedback, surveys, roundtables, and focus groups to assess needs and develop actionable programmatic solutions.

• Oversee the Non-FTE process, which includes recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and extension management.

• Ensure governance and upkeep of Confluence, SharePoint, and other internal tools.

• Enhance operational rhythms, standardize working procedures, documentation, training, and adherence to processes.

• Manage learning and development initiatives for individual contributors, managers, and leaders.

• Establish KPIs, monitor program outcomes, analyze results, and drive continuous improvements in programs.

• Take ownership of internal communication workstreams, encompassing staff meetings, All Hands, offsites, and executive-ready materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 6 years of comprehensive program management experience.

• Ideally, 4+ years of experience in people operations, employee experience, learning and development, or organizational effectiveness programs.

• Strong skills in operational execution, change management, communication, analytical problem-solving, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven capability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and work effectively across functions in a dynamic environment.

• A self-starter with the ability to recognize ambiguity, create structure, and drive programs from strategy through to execution.
