Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of intricate Oncology initiatives

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, encompassing project managers, technical leads, and various stakeholders

• Create and oversee program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

• Track progress and resolve any issues that may hinder program success

• Relay program status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders

• Provide consistent updates and maintain transparency throughout the program lifecycle

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement and apply best practices

• Propel strategic initiatives, refine processes, and fulfill organizational objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related discipline

• Significant experience in program management, demonstrating a successful history of delivering large-scale projects

• MUST possess MSP experience

• Proficient in project management software

• Must have Oncology experience in a Global Senior Clinical Project Management/Program management capacity

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams within a matrix environment

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, adept at managing multiple projects and effectively prioritizing tasks

• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, skilled in building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
