Senior Program Manager, AA Tech Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing the AA Tech employee experience while facilitating organizational growth.

• Collaborate with leaders, HR, Communications, Talent Management, Risk & Compliance, and engineering teams to create and implement scalable people, learning, and engagement programs.

• Leverage employee feedback, surveys, roundtables, and focus groups to pinpoint needs and convert insights into actionable programmatic solutions.

• Oversee the Non-FTE process in conjunction with Total Talent teams, covering recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and extension management.

• Ensure governance and upkeep of Confluence, SharePoint, and other internal tools.

• Enhance operational rhythms, establish standardized working methods, documentation, training, and adherence to processes across AA Tech.

• Manage learning and development initiatives tailored for individual contributors, managers, and leaders.

• Define KPIs, monitor program outcomes, analyze results, and perpetually enhance engagement, education, and operational programs.

• Take ownership of internal communications workstreams, including staff meetings, All Hands, offsite events, and materials prepared for executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 6 years of comprehensive program management experience is required.

• Preferably, at least 4 years should be in people operations, employee experience, learning and development, or organizational effectiveness programs.

• Strong skills in operational execution, change management, communication, analytical problem-solving, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across functions in a dynamic environment.

• Capable of recognizing ambiguity, creating structure, and driving programs from strategy through to execution.
