📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing the AA Tech employee experience while fostering organizational growth.

• Collaborate with leaders, HR, Communications, Talent Management, Risk & Compliance, and engineering teams to implement scalable programs focused on people, learning, and engagement.

• Utilize employee feedback, surveys, roundtable discussions, and focus groups to pinpoint needs and create programmatic solutions.

• Oversee the Non-FTE process, which encompasses recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and extension management.

• Maintain governance for Confluence, SharePoint, and other internal resources.

• Enhance operational rhythms, standardize methodologies, and improve documentation, training, and process compliance.

• Manage learning and development programs for individual contributors, managers, and leaders.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor outcomes, analyze results, and drive continuous program improvement.

• Oversee internal communication workstreams, including staff meetings, All Hands events, offsite gatherings, and materials suitable for executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Over 6 years of comprehensive program management experience.

• Ideally, at least 4 years in people operations, employee experience, learning and development, or organizational effectiveness programs.

• Strong skills in operational execution, change management, communication, analytical problem-solving, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and operate effectively across functions in a fast-paced setting.

• A self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, create structure, and lead programs from strategy to execution.
