This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Review and analyze contract terms and conditions across various contract types, including T&M, FFP, FFP LOE, CPFF, and CPIF, ensuring adherence to financial clauses and contractual obligations.

• Maintain time-phased cost and schedule baselines, enforce change control processes, monitor status and availability, and ensure appropriate work authorization.

• Prepare forecasts for manpower and non-labor resources and assist in resource planning efforts.

• Forecast, monitor, and update program revenue regularly.

• Identify resource gaps and collaborate with business leadership to find solutions.

• Evaluate contract performance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with all requirements.

• Coordinate customer-oriented services with Government Contracting Officers, CORs, COTRs, AV project managers, and subcontractor project managers.

• Monitor the performance of functional managers and required reports, including CDRLs, while resolving any performance-related issues.

• Provide guidance to project managers, CAMs, and senior technical personnel on Earned Value Management procedures.

• Assist management with program setup, planning, and control, including customized EVMS implementations.

• Monitor performance metrics and provide variance analysis and project visibility across diverse contracts that vary in type, size, complexity, and risk.

• Oversee contract value and CLINs for effective cost collection, reporting, and funding status management.

• Create both standard and ad hoc reports that deliver timely, accurate status information and actionable recommendations.

• Generate and validate IPMRs and similar status reports for customer and program management purposes.

• Track subcontract costs and schedules, material receipts, open commitments, and termination liabilities.

• Utilize MS Office Suite, Cobra, Unanet, SharePoint, and other relevant applications.

• Monitor and report on material purchases, cost of goods sold, and revenue associated with commercial products and product lines.

• Complete additional assigned responsibilities as required.

• Meet 30-, 60-, and 90-day performance benchmarks, advancing towards semi-autonomous delivery of high-quality, timely work.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant project control experience, or a master’s degree with 3 years of project control experience.

• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite, Cobra, and Unanet.

• Ability to thrive as a team member in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• U.S. citizen with an active Secret security clearance.

• Capability to effectively interact with internal and external customers at all levels.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with the skill to translate customer challenges and needs into profitable business solutions.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

• Must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR regulations or be eligible for an export license.

• Willingness to work on government contracts is required.

• ITAR U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
