Senior Production Planner, Admin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Develop and organize daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and schedules based on sales projections and customer orders.

• Create work/process orders and distribute them accurately to the production team in accordance with the production schedule.

• Balance market demand, production capacity, manpower allocation, and material availability effectively.

• Monitor and assess actual production outcomes against established plans.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve potential constraints or bottlenecks that may impact production schedules.

• Coordinate the execution of production plans across Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, and Quality departments.

• Prepare, analyze, and present department Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

• At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in production planning, preferably in a high-volume or complex manufacturing setting.

• Strong expertise in production planning and scheduling processes.

• Solid skills in Data Management, Work Order processing, and Production Documentation utilizing ERP Systems.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4Hana is highly preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.

• Proficiency in English is considered a significant advantage.

• High adaptability along with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional planning, organizing, and time management abilities.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate across various cross-functional teams.
