Senior Production Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess the talent and organizational requirements for the implementation or upgrade of Talent-related software.

• Collaborate with Technology Services staff or vendors to design and develop system specifications.

• Create test scripts, oversee departmental testing, and maintain records of implementation outcomes.

• Investigate technologies and vendors, presenting product alternatives and associated costs to management.

• Generate and manipulate reports and queries to collect measurement data.

• Ensure the database's completeness, integrity, quality, and accuracy.

• Identify necessary system interfaces and programming modifications in conjunction with Technology Services staff.

• Write and implement data-conversion programs or oversee system data input processes.

• Provide training for Talent Service Line and organizational staff regarding system access and usage.

• Create training materials.

• Establish and maintain system security matrices.

• Suggest modifications and enhancements to system design.

• Conduct data auditing, table and data maintenance, report generation, security upkeep, and user support.

• Work collaboratively with third-party vendors on implementation, troubleshooting, and contract management.

• Research costs associated with system development, implementation, and maintenance for managerial reporting.

• Execute other assigned tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required; a degree in Human Resources or Technology is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience is required; experience in Human Resources or Technology is preferred.

• Prior experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access database, and the Internet is required.

• Strong working knowledge of hardware systems and architecture is essential.

• Ability to identify and comprehend hardware components utilized by the hospital.

• Proficiency in inputting data using a keyboard, light pen, and touchscreen.

• Strong reading comprehension and hand-eye coordination skills.

• Effective communication skills with applicants, hiring managers, and caregivers are necessary.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Excellent customer service abilities and a collaborative team spirit are required.

• Competence in performing basic math, manipulating numbers, and processing information accurately.

• Ability to understand and articulate policies.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with interruptions, distractions, and deadlines.

• Ability to conduct data analysis, interpretation, queries, and report generation.

• Skill in producing graphs and charts.

• Strong problem-solving abilities are essential.

• Must be willing to travel throughout the Mosaic Life Care complex to meet with users.

• Capability to lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Travel to off-site locations may be necessary.
