This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.
• Oversee the commercialization of the Multiport portfolio throughout Europe, including the da Vinci X, Xi, and da Vinci 5.
• Create and implement strategies for portfolio management, marketing, and sales to enhance adoption, foster business growth, and position the portfolio effectively.
• Manage the lifecycle of current Multiport platforms while preparing the region for upcoming platform launches and upgrades.
• Direct portfolio positioning and differentiation based on procedural requirements, hospital profiles, customer segmentation, and economic value.
• Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, software updates, platform enhancements, and portfolio initiatives.
• Develop and refine the Multiport value proposition, crafting customer messaging and sales enablement resources.
• Maintain expertise in procedures and strategic relationships with surgeons through case attendance and collaboration with Clinical and Country Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing and EU Marketing Operations on portfolio planning, product availability, lifecycle management, and end-of-life strategies.
• Create analytical tools to assess portfolio performance, competitive landscape, market opportunities, and commercialization success.
• Establish and utilize European reference centers that exhibit clinical, operational, and economic value across various customer segments and procedure types.
• Work alongside European and Global Marketing, Customer Training, Commercial Learning, Sales, Operations, Clinical, and Country Marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or marketing within a medical device, surgical technology, or therapeutic company.
• Experience in capital medical devices, surgical technologies, robotics, digital healthcare solutions, or healthcare technology commercialization is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in developing portfolio positioning, value propositions, commercialization strategies, and executing successful product launches.
• Strong commercial insight and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to convert market and customer insights into actionable portfolio strategies that drive adoption.
• Capacity to manage multiple strategic initiatives and navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for developing and implementing effective solutions.
• Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to leverage AI tools for increased efficiency.
• Must be based in Aubonne, Switzerland, or Freiburg, Germany.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
