This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to uncover whitespace opportunities and growth potential.
• Integrate Voice of Customer feedback, industry trends, and market insights into actionable strategic opportunities.
• Assess and prioritize ideas by evaluating market sizes, articulating customer challenges, and estimating desirability, viability, and feasibility.
• Advocate for front-end innovation from concept development through the validation of business cases.
• Create product visions, long-term roadmaps, and portfolio strategies.
• Identify and prioritize significant challenges while collaborating with cross-functional teams to test prototypes.
• Develop and present business cases supported by financial modeling and ROI analysis.
• Facilitate product planning frameworks, including segmentation and value proposition development.
• Specify product line features and establish requirements priorities.
• Convert product vision into actionable product specifications.
• Collaborate with portfolio product managers and commercial teams to oversee the product lifecycle.
• Create portfolio prioritization frameworks that balance growth initiatives with core business requirements.
• MBA or equivalent strategic experience is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• Over 5 years of product management or market-focused experience in a B2B technical setting.
• A proven track record of driving business growth through innovation and market-driven product strategies.
• Significant experience with both qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies.
• Demonstrated capability to construct business cases and influence investment decisions effectively.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities are necessary.
• Preferred: background in biomedical testing, healthcare technology, or radiation safety markets.
• Strong strategic thinking and front-end product planning skills.
• Analytical rigor combined with creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Capacity to lead by influencing across various organizational levels.
• Proficiency in AI-based tools and their advanced applications.
