This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main contact for business divisions, gathering and analyzing requirements for new AI, Data, and Automation solutions.

• Facilitate interviews and workshops with business teams to map out processes, pinpoint pain points, and discover optimization opportunities.

• Convert business needs and challenges into clear, well-documented technical and functional specifications for specialized teams (data scientists, AI engineers, developers).

• Assess the technical feasibility of proposals alongside the specialist team, ensuring that business expectations align with execution capabilities.

• Collaborate in prioritizing requests and shaping the backlog for AI and Automation initiatives.

• Oversee the development and execution of solutions, ensuring that results meet the initial requirements.

• Effectively communicate project updates and outcomes to stakeholders across various levels, including both technical and business personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a comparable role, ideally within technology projects.

• Strong capability to map out business processes and identify areas for enhancement.

• Proficient in translating complex business requirements into clear, organized documentation (user stories, functional specifications).

• Solid foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analysis, and/or Automation (RPA), with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to serve as a "translator" between technical and business domains.

• Analytical and structured thinking for effective problem solving.

• Proactive, curious, and a keen interest in learning about new technologies and their business implications.

• Minimum experience required: 3 years.
