Junior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Participate in project meetings alongside Product Owners and all relevant stakeholders.

• Collect client requirements, address client needs, and ensure process transparency, including the product roadmap.

• Lead groups of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers.

• Embrace best practices and pursue professional development.

• Learn to articulate business processes and extract business requirements from clients.

• Pose insightful questions during client engagements.

• Receive ongoing support from seasoned MasterBorn Product Owners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English and Polish, both spoken and written, at a minimum C1 level.

• Willingness to embrace AI and automation tools.

• Initial commercial experience in managing projects, coordinating tasks, or leading initiatives; student activities alone do not suffice.

• Minimum of 1 year of commercial experience in project management.

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience collaborating with technical teams, including developers and designers.

• A keen interest in AI and AI-driven solutions.

• Practical experience utilizing AI in projects.

• Capability to transform ideas into straightforward visuals such as flows, diagrams, and step-by-step breakdowns.

• Understanding of how to conduct workshops and facilitate meetings with external business clients.

• Tech-savvy and focused on personal growth.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Analytical mindset.

• Communicative, assertive, and possess a positive attitude.
