Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical liaison bridging intricate North American telecommunications requirements with global product and engineering teams.

• Guarantee the precise, high-quality, and timely delivery of primary rate plan schemas and billing integrations.

• Take ownership of the comprehensive delivery of BSS requirements across product offerings, rate plans, billing at scale, taxation, and compliance.

• Craft clear and detailed epics and user stories for custom billing and catalog integrations.

• Concentrate on provisioning accounts and calculating dynamic discounts during billing processes.

• Collaborate with engineering and solutions architecture teams on rate plan APIs and associated system integrations.

• Confirm that APIs are accurately exposed in the Product Catalog.

• Lead comprehensive demonstrations of rate plan schemas to executive stakeholders through the Operator Portal and API environments.

• Validate success criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of pertinent technical Product Owner/Manager experience, particularly in enterprise SaaS, BSS architectures, or telecommunications.

• Demonstrated ability to align complex business demands with stringent engineering realities within tight deadlines.

• Extensive knowledge of telecommunications billing logic, rate plan configurations, API design, and system architecture.

• Experience with Oracle BRM is advantageous.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced setting, managing cross-functional stakeholders and priorities while preventing scope creep.
