Senior Product Marketing Manager – Temp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives within the Product Marketing department.

• Collaborate with the Director of Product Marketing to allocate additional resources and expedite the creation of marketing materials.

• Convert strategic objectives into actionable work plans that support Lighthouse and Security Sales Motions.

• Maintain dashboards and provide status updates.

• Concentrate on priorities defined by sales and practice.

• Guide and collaborate with strategic design partners and resources for product marketing execution.

• Anticipate work efforts to ensure precise project delivery reporting.

• Evaluate work for quality assurance and alignment with Product Marketing goals.

• Create value propositions, messaging frameworks, solution briefs, sales kits, executive presentations, sales enablement materials, marketing collateral, and AI marketing outputs.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Solution Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Creative Services, and executive stakeholders.

• Coordinate projects with the design team in India to transform messaging into customer-facing materials.

• Establish repeatable workflows, dashboards, governance, and process enhancements with program managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, including military experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in B2B or Technology Product Marketing.

• 10–12 years of Product Marketing experience within the enterprise technology sector.

• Proven experience managing agencies, contractors, and cross-functional projects.

• Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.

• Preferred experience in AI, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or managed services.
