This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead the product marketing initiatives for Knak’s comprehensive enterprise email and landing page creation platform portfolio.
• Develop messaging and product marketing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives, web content, product videos, and customer success stories.
• Collaborate with product managers across various domains such as email, landing pages, mobile messaging, integrations, and AI to refine messaging.
• Engage in regular conversations with customers and integrate their language into our communications.
• Maintain awareness of competitors and market trends.
• Oversee go-to-market launches for products and features from start to finish.
• Define launch tiers and coordinate efforts across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Marketing teams.
• Prepare Sales teams, CSMs, and Enablement with training, strategies, objection handling, and discovery questions.
• Track and report on launch adoption, attach rates, pipeline, and win rates, and implement strategies for performance improvement.
• Create campaigns for the installed base to drive adoption, expansion, and retention.
• Provide CSMs and Sales with resources for expansion strategies, proof points, and content.
• Introduce Knak to marketers acquired through new channels, including mobile messaging and landing pages.
• Transform customer successes into compelling stories, benchmarks, and business-case evidence.
• Establish a customer marketing strategy and enhance the expansion pipeline.
• Report directly to the VP of Product Marketing.
• Initially operate without a direct-report team, leading through influence.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in SaaS targeted at enterprise clients.
• For senior-level candidates: at least 6 years of experience with leading product launches rather than supporting them.
• Exceptional writing skills with a focus on clear, specific, and customer-oriented communication.
• Proven experience in launching products or features and analyzing results.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Skilled in managing details, meeting deadlines, and ensuring follow-through.
• Self-motivated individual with a competitive edge.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Pardot, or marketing operations/campaign practices.
• Bonus: Experience in customer marketing, lifecycle management, or expansion-focused product marketing.
• Bonus: Experience with multi-product or platform portfolios, particularly in new channels and personas.
