This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the commercialization of Amwell’s healthcare technology-enabled care solutions.
• Implement impactful go-to-market strategies.
• Empower enterprise sales teams and assist with strategic deals and RFP submissions.
• Simplify complex product and clinical features into unique, outcome-oriented messaging.
• Create and enhance platform positioning tailored for the payer market.
• Establish the go-to-market strategy, identify target segments, determine launch sequencing, and define success metrics.
• Oversee product launches in collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Direct go-to-market efforts for new products, features, and expansions within the payer market.
• Generate thought leadership on trends in the payer market.
• Collaborate on pricing and packaging strategies.
• Develop launch messaging, sales tools, enablement resources, executive materials, and payer-facing documents.
• Assist in RFP responses by providing distinctive messaging and positioning.
• Maintain reusable messaging frameworks, competitive battlecards, and guidance on positioning.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of launches and enablement efforts.
• Observe trends in the payer and digital health markets and consolidate insights.
• Collaborate with Product teams on prioritizing roadmaps and launches.
• Align campaign messaging with payer positioning in conjunction with Performance Marketing.
• Develop evidence and narratives driven by outcomes in partnership with Customer Success and clinical teams.
• Organize internal training and field readiness alongside Sales Enablement.
• Execute impactful launches, enhance field adoption, craft distinctive sales messaging, position RFPs compellingly, and provide actionable competitive insights.
• Over 8 years of experience in product marketing or a related B2B marketing field.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare IT, digital health, or payer markets.
• Proven track record in supporting enterprise sales teams and navigating complex deal cycles.
• Ability to effectively translate technical features into clear value propositions for buyers.
• Experience in creating sales enablement and go-to-market resources for environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and project management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
