Senior Product Manager – Value Realization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of new reporting requirements for Next Best Action (NBA)

• Support measurement tracking related to business outcomes, model performance, and operational metrics

• Convert measurement and reporting needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Act as the primary product contact for development teams throughout the development cycle

• Oversee and prioritize the reporting backlog based on business impact and dependencies

• Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, demos, and retrospectives

• Manage dependencies and risks, monitor progress, adjust plans, and escalate any timeline or scope risks

• Assess the effectiveness of NBA, business KPIs, model performance, and operational metrics

• Ensure metrics are captured accurately, consistently, and are clearly defined

• Validate reports and dashboards against acceptance criteria prior to release

• Produce and maintain regular reports and dashboards while providing actionable insights

• Document metric definitions, reporting logic, and processes comprehensively

• Collaborate with development, data science, analytics, Marketing, Digital, call center, and IT teams

• Collect business and upstream-team requirements and represent them in backlog items and delivery plans

• Provide updates on progress, demonstrate features, gather feedback, and manage stakeholder expectations

• Identify reporting issues and propose improvements

• Assess information for inaccuracies or misleading data and interpret results objectively

• Discover enhancement opportunities and contribute to idea canvases and business cases

• Utilize growing product expertise to resolve increasingly complex challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 3–6+ years of experience in product management or as a product owner

• Proven hands-on experience in delivering a product, reporting, or analytics capability

• Experience in a complex, regulated environment such as Healthcare or Financial Services is preferred

• Ability to translate requirements into clear specifications

• Familiarity with backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs and measurement concepts

• Capability to track metrics, interpret analyses impartially, and validate reporting

• Skill in building cross-functional relationships and gathering requirements across data science, analytics, and business teams

• Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and participation in PI Planning

• Understanding of modern technology and data/analytics concepts

• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies

• Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira Align

• Product or agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent) is preferred

• Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI is preferred

• Experience collaborating with data science or engineering teams to deliver reporting and measurement capabilities is preferred

• Ability to work from a dedicated space without interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information

• Home internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
