This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Report directly to the Executive Director of Global Marketing.
• Assist in crafting the strategic US brand plan for MOLBREEVI, encompassing market opportunity identification, market-shaping, positioning, messaging, campaign development, and segmentation.
• Enhance Disease State Awareness campaigns to maximize market impact.
• Collaborate with opinion leaders and cross-functional teams to create and secure approval for essential promotional programs and tactics.
• Lead the commercial execution at significant conferences, society meetings, and educational initiatives.
• Contribute to the design and development of patient services and specialty pharmacy programs.
• Create and implement marketing and sales training materials.
• Develop and execute print, digital, and social media strategies for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.
• Act as a brand authority on disease states, treatment landscapes, patient journeys, and market trends.
• Oversee partnerships to ensure strategic alignment and adherence to budget and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with Medical Legal Regulatory review processes and corporate standards.
• Coordinate MLR review workflows and timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Manage resources and funds effectively.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
• Travel occasionally to the Yardley office, conferences, or other events, up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry is required.
• Experience in HCP and/or patient marketing is required.
• Proven commercial launch experience is required.
• Experience with rare disease commercial launches is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance and foster collaboration.
• Capacity to embrace teamwork and project management in a collaborative setting.
• Proven analytical skills related to market research and key business insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively drive performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to transition smoothly between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience managing external partners (e.g., consultants, vendors, agencies, etc.).
• Proven track record of developing exceptional relationships and influencing others.
• Experience working in a start-up and/or mid-cap company is highly desired.
• Availability to work within the US Eastern Time Zone.
