This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide strategic and practical insights for Health & Nutrition product offerings across the product life cycle for both domestic and international markets.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, analyze sales data, assess market performance, financial implications, trends, and merchandising strategies.
• Manage both new and existing products to align with corporate objectives and advocate for assigned product lines.
• Develop new products and examine local market trends and consumer requirements to formulate launch lists.
• Collaborate with the Science Team on formulation development and engage with local consultants and health authorities for product registration and approval.
• Conduct competitive analyses and evaluate market potential and pricing strategies.
• Create labels, sales tools, marketing materials, videos, flyers, infographics, white papers, and training resources.
• Coordinate initial shipment orders and oversee product release procedures.
• Review pricing, images, and product content on web platforms and landing pages.
• Monitor product performance and devise advertising, promotional, and merchandising strategies to enhance sales.
• Manage websites, including Nutrametrix, ensuring accurate product information and placement.
• Revise white papers, labels, product images, and marketing materials based on formula or regulatory updates.
• Formulate promotional strategies for slow-moving products and expiring inventory.
• Coordinate projects between headquarters and local teams, facilitating effective communication.
• Address escalated product issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with International Country teams, Executive Management, Quality Control, Legal, Purchasing, Accounting, IT, and Creative Services.
• Train and support employees in their roles.
• Operate within budgetary constraints and undertake other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent work experience in these fields will be taken into account.
• Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in product management, project management, brand management, marketing, or merchandising is desired.
• Proven experience in health and nutrition products, compounds, and ingredients.
• Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Capability to present training topics to small or medium-sized groups.
• Above moderate to high proficiency in reading comprehension, writing, and verbal communication in English.
• Strong active listening skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, complex problem-solving, and sound judgment.
• Ability to earn credibility and make decisive choices while recognizing and aligning with senior management’s preferences and priorities.
• Skillful in working with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, and adaptable.
• Ability to maintain focus, confidence, and control under pressure.
• Must be capable of performing in an office environment where ninety (90) percent of work is conducted while seated.
• Ability to lift and lower objects weighing less than twenty (20) pounds.
• Visual acuity of at least 20/40 corrected and normal hand/eye coordination.
• Normal or corrected hearing is required.
• Remote work with business approval.
• Participation in annual conferences and related travel.
