Senior Product Manager – TradFi Wealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the planning and execution of the Binance Earn’s TradFi product line, which includes ETFs, mutual funds, equities/stocks, futures, and structured products.

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conducting market research, analyzing requirements, and writing PRDs to product design, launch, and ongoing iteration.

• Investigate trends in traditional finance and user needs to integrate TradFi investment scenarios with Binance’s cryptocurrency platform.

• Work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to comply with regional regulatory standards and facilitate local launches.

• Seek opportunities for convergence between TradFi and crypto, such as RWA, tokenized equities/funds, stablecoin yield products, and other initiatives.

• Direct the design and operations of structured options products like Dual Investment, Snowball, and Shark Fin.

• Collaborate with Quant and Market Maker teams to establish product rules, payoff structures, and parameters, including strike price, APR, tenor, and knock-in/knock-out levels.

• Enhance pricing parameters and yield curves for structured products.

• Modify launch strategies and product category combinations based on market conditions and volatility to maximize TVL and conversion rates.

• Lead agile product delivery from conception to launch while monitoring development and testing progress.

• Coordinate efforts among Engineering, Design, Quant, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to reach important milestones.

• Examine TVL, AUM, conversion rates, retention, volume, and revenue metrics to guide product iteration.

• Gather user feedback and keep an eye on competitor offerings to enhance product experience and competitiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management focusing on financial products.

• Required hands-on experience in TradFi in one or more areas: ETFs, mutual funds, equities/stocks, futures, or brokerage/trading products.

• Practical understanding of structured products and options, including dual-currency yield, snowball, shark fin, and other options-linked or principal-protected products.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective cross-border and cross-region collaboration.

• Experience with managing the complete product lifecycle from ideation and PRD to launch and post-launch iteration, preferably within an agile framework.

• Capability to spearhead cross-functional initiatives that encompass Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Support.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities; comfortable working with product metrics and user behavior data.

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills; a quick learner with determination.
